All our Barristers are Authorised and Regulated by the Bar Standards Board (‘the BSB’).

Our Barristers’ fees are on a fixed fee basis for Hearings and Conferences and either fixed fee or hourly rate for reading and drafting work, depending upon the complexities of the case, time required for preparation and travel and will be clearly set out in writing before instructions are accepted. The timescale for your case will depend upon the complexities, time required to review all paperwork and information, availability of Counsel and parties involved, hearing dates, court deadlines and the approach by the parties generally.

Please note that Foregate Chambers no longer undertakes CFA or Legal Aid work.
